I personally have only used the orange books, but their cursive program is excellent too. If you are looking for help in teaching cursive, I would use Handwriting Without Tears for cursive as well.

Good question! They do copywork every day and then narration 1-2x a week depending on their age. Notebooking is once a week. Or some years I’ve had them do copywork 4 days a week and notebooking on the 5th day of the week, again expecting 1-2 narrations per week depending on age.
