Oh wow, so glad to hear you like my channel so well! Thanks for watching so many of my videos. 🙂
Here’s the bread recipe.

100% Whole Wheat Bread
(I make it in the dough cycle of my bread machine. Put the wet ingredients in first, then the dry. After the dough cycle, I let it rise for about an hour in a warm place. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.)

Wet Ingredients
1.5-2 cups warm water
2 TB olive oil
2TB milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 cup honey

Dry ingredients
3 cups of wheat berries (Grind 3 cups of berries and it makes just the right amount of flour)
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. dry yeast

Blessings to you in your homeschool and family!

I just wanted to say how much I love your YouTube channel—I have it playing almost all day! It creates such a soothing atmosphere in our home. My baby stays entertained but calm enough to nap, and my older kids love watching yours work through their homeschool day.
You recently mentioned a bread recipe you’ve been using with fresh milled flour and having great success with. I’d love to try it myself, but I can’t remember which video it was and haven’t had much luck digging through my watch history to find it. If you’re able to share it here, I’d be so grateful.
Thank you, and blessings to you and your sweet family!

Yes, good guess! I fry sausage and onion in a skillet. Next, I boil potatoes to soften. I make a roux sauce with butter, flour, and milk. Add the potatoes and sauce to the sausage and onion. Top with cheese, salt, and pepper.

Skillet sausage and potatoes?

I love hearing about your meal strategy because meal pÅ•ep/food is my biggest time suck as a mom. It’s good work yes, but I want to streamline . Thank you
